Welcome to Sunshine Darts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sunshine Darts mobile application (“App”).

1. Ownership

The App is owned and operated by the Sunshine Pizzeria Darts Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by us or our licensors.

2. Use of the App “As-Is”

Sunshine Darts is provided to you “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• This app is provided free of charge and is not monetized through advertisements, subscriptions, or data collection.
• It is designed as an amateur scoring utility to make playing darts more enjoyable and reduce the tedium of manual scoring.
• It is not designed for professional dart players or those who desire a tool for serious competitive improvement.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in its scoring logic.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sunshine Pizzeria Darts Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the App.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the content or scoring.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data (although the app stores data locally).

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sunshine Pizzeria Darts Team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
